Prof. Rev. Wil Gafney is The Right. Rev. Sam B. Hulsey Professor of Hebrew Bible at Brite Divinity School, Fort Worth, Texas. She holds a Ph.D. in Hebrew Bible from Duke University and is an ordained Episcopal priest. Gafney is a womanist Bible scholar, and the author of A Women's Lectionary for the Whole Church (vols.
